APT Kimberley Wilderness Adventures (KWA) has been operating four wheel drive safari tours throughout the Kimberley for more than 15 years and are recognised as the touring experts in the region. Touring in small groups of up to only 20 travellers, KWA understands that touring is about more than just visiting an area, its also about gaining an intimate understanding of the land and its people.
KWA has established Australia`s most extensive network of permanent, fully-hosted wilderness lodge and camps along the Gibb River Road, on the Mitchell Plateau and in Purnululu National Park - home of the Bungle Bungle Range. These exclusive wilderness camps, strategically positioned on Aboriginal land, have been developed to provide guests with unparalleled access to spectacular parts of the Kimberley in a way that respects the cultural and environmental values of the region. As part of a long-standing relationship, the Aboriginal traditional owners welcome you to their special land.
