Feast on breakfast and the view! When you stay with us you`ll enjoy your full english style or continental breakfast in our upstairs sunroom with lovely views of Albany`s natural harbour.

Conveniently located just a short walk to the city centre we offer off street parking and a separate guest entrance. Choose from one of three beautifully presented sem self contained suites, each with its own ensuite.

The front entrance/reception is part of Margaret`s Studio/Gallery and her paintings are featured throughout this Bed and Breakfast establishment.

Relax under the patio or in our lovely gardens (glimpses of the harbour can be seen through the trees) with a glass of wine or a barbeque and plan your tour of the Great Southern Region.

We are only a short drive to Torndirrup National Park and its spectacular scenery. Spend a day there and visit the Windfarm on Sandpatch Cliffs, see Albany town from Little Grove. A must is to drive to Camp Quaranup and see the Whaling Cove, Bramble Beach and Mistaken Island. Then drive to The Gap and Natural Bridge, Cable Beach, Blowholes, Salmon Pools (wonderful views to Bald head), Misery Beach, Frenchman`s Bay and Whaleworld.

Next day drive east to Two People`s Bay and the stunning Little Beach and Waterfall Beach. We are only a short distance to the magnificent Stirling and Porongurup Ranges with their beautiful flora, fauna and wildflowers. We are a close drive to Denmark, Wlliam Bay, The Tree Tops Walk and Walpole.

Suite One

This suite looks out on to the patio and garden. The suite has a queen size bed and a single bed, both with electric blankets. The suite has bed side tables with clock radio and touch lamps, a wardrobe, two armchairs and luggage rack.

The main room has a mini kitchen with mircowave oven (sorry no cooker), fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and all crockery and cultery. There is also a television and DVD player, a small dining table and chairs and a sofa which can be converted into a sofa bed. The ensuite has a seperate toilet.

The doors open on to a covered pergola area and gardens. A barbecue is available for use.

Suite Two

This is a large comfrotable suite with queen size bed, electric blanket, bedside tables with clock radio and touch lamps. The suite has a wardrobe and luggage rack, room heater, two armchairs, coffee table, small dining table and chairs, fridge, television and DVD player, mini kitchen with microwave oven (sorry no cooker), tea and coffee making facilities and all crockery and cutlery.

The room has an ensuite, hairdryer supplied and seperate guest entrance.

Suite Three

This suite has a queen size bed, two bedside tables with touch lamps and a clock radio. The suite has a built-in wardrobe, two armchairs and room heater. There is also a mini kitchen with microwave own (sorry no cooker), breakfast bar and two chairs, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, crockery and cutlery, television, DVD player and a variety of games and magazines.

The room has an ensuite, hairdryer supplied, has views of the garden and a patio area and a separate guest entrance.
