Cleanskin Cooking Classes and Kitchenware is a gastronomic theme park for those who love to, or have to, cook.

Cleanskin has all the prerequisites you need. From great cookware and knives, books for cooks, an extensive selection of bakeware and cake decorating products, to kitchen gadgets and many hard-to-find culinary items.

The Cleanskin Larder carries a range of specialist ingredients.

Cooking Classes for adults and for children. Cleanskin offers classes in culinary skills and techniques, as well as cuisine based classes.

Skills and techniques covered include knife skills, cheese making, bread making, smoking, salami making, sausage making, herb and spice blending, pizza, pasta and gnocchi. Cleanskin also specialise in multicultural cuisines.

Classes are conducted in a purpose-built, friendly, spacious and professionally appointed classroom with individual workstations. Safe, electric induction cooktops are used in the classroom.

Bar stool seating is provided for your comfort. Most classes are stand-alone sessions held during the day on weekends throughout the year. During holiday times, Cleanskin also offers weekday classes.

The presenters are professional, knowledgeable and passionate foodies. Classes are fun, friendly and informative. Class participants receive class notes and recipes, along with an in-store discount voucher for use on the day of the class.

Cleanskin is the only accredited Wilton Decorating teaching facility Gippsland, Victoria. Offering four week Wilton Courses and stand alone project workshops teaching an internationally recognised cake decorating skill.

The Cleanskin store carries a comprehensive range of Wilton decorating products. Cleanskin has two fully qualified, accredited Wilton instructors on staff.

Corporate team building classes and private classes for groups tailored to your requirements. Classes are great fun for a Hens party or birthday party for any age group. The classroom has a liquor licence for tastings, where appropriate, to complement your culinary creations.
