The Pantechnicon Gallery

The Pantechnicon Gallery in the main street of Daylesford is home to some of central Victoria`s great artists. Opened twelve years ago the gallery is an outlet for emerging and well-established artists.


The Pantechnicon was built in 1867 and housed things such as furniture and paintings through to livestock. From the 1920`s it was used as a garage and it has since been returned to its original purpose - except for the livestock of course.


Step inside the Pantechnicon Gallery and you will discover a space of natural light, artworks and creative treasures. The gallery promotes art in many forms - paintings, print work, photography, sculpture, hand-blown glass, ceramics, jewellery, handcrafted furniture, textiles plus imaginative, unique and functional pieces.
