Roseneath at Rye is a new adult only luxury bed and breakfast and is tucked away in a quiet street and is only a few minutes walk to the bay beach and town centre.


Your hosts Barb and Bryan had lived in the city of Melbourne for over 25 years and dreamed of moving down the coast looking for a more relaxed lifestyle. They spotted a house on the market that required a lot of TLC and knew this was the house they would want to call home and with great attention to det it took 2 long years to renovate and set up what is now Roseneath at Rye Luxury Bed and Breakfast.


On arrival a lush garden setting beckons you up onto your own private decking that`s furnished with a lounge, dining area, outdoor kitchen with hooded BBQ and Weber. The outdoor spa comes complete with sundeck to fully enjoy some alfresco living.


Inside you will be treated to a spacious living and entertainment area consisting of a cinema centre, pool table and kitchenette through to 3 beautifully appointed large bedrooms. Enjoy a romantic weekend escape with your partner or bring along 4 of your friends to share your experience at this prestigious property.
