The inaugural Platinum Service departs Adelaide to Darwin on the 10 September 2008. Platinum Service is a luxury level on train travel, offering deluxe accommodation including double beds, spacious ensuite and 24 hour room service, in a classic style, with a distinctly Australian character. This service level is in addition to their existing Red and Gold Services.
