Multi-award winning attraction Lyndoch Lavender Farm and Cafe has been voted `Best Tourist Attraction in Adelaide` in the MIX 102.3FM radio station `Best of Adelaide` competition, is situated in the Barossa, just one hour north of Adelaide.

We feature two point five (six acres) of Lavender with over 90 different varieties, wonderful views, a delightful shop with a fantastic range of products, and a sheltered cafe offering light meals, refreshments and wine tastings.

Lyndoch Lavender Farm provides scenic walks, tastings of gourmet food range and an extensive range of toiletries, household products, plants and gifts. Visitors have a great opportunity to visit a working lavender farm where they are able to purchase quality plants and locally made goods in beautiful rural surroundings. We have a licensed cafe, which allows customers the opportunity to taste and purchase premium red and white wine produced from the property vineyard.

Self Guided Tour - LLF01

We have over 80 different varieties of lavender over six impressive acres. Peak flowering is from September to January although there is always some lavender in flower. Experience the colours and aromas of this serene setting. Of course, the Barossa is a beautiful part of South Australia and even out of flowering season Lyndoch Lavender Farm is one of the most picturesque places around.

The standard admission of AUD2.00 per person during the flowering season (September to the end of February) includes a self-guided tour through our colourful lavender landscape and views of the lower Barossa and beyond. The standard price also includes a tea/coffee and gourmet lavender tastings.

Operates: Daily, September to February inclusive from 10am to 4.30pm. Weekends, March to August inclusive from 10am to 4.30pm and by appointment at other times.

Guided Tour - LLF02

We have over 80 different varieties of lavender over six impressive acres. Peak flowering is from September to January although there is always some lavender in flower. Groups of 10 or more have the opportunity of a special guided tour around the lavender farm. Learn about: the different uses and properties for the various lavenders, cultivation and distillation processes and demonstrations and, enhance your experience through special lavender tastings, a tea/coffee and a lavender cake or biscuit.

Operates: Daily, September to February inclusive from 10am to 4.30pm. Weekends, March to August inclusive from 10am to 4.30pm and by appointment at other times.
