Why not experience some of South Australia`s finest produce prepared for you by our resident chef, Peter Milosevic. He will tempt you with some amazing flavours in his unique interactive kitchen which is housed in one of Adelaide`s best kitchenware and home wares store, where you can try merchandise before you buy. Mouth watering delicacies such as our famous South Australian King George Whiting, Spring`s Smoked Salmon, smoked in the Adelaide Hills, West Coast oysters and scallops, marron from the pristine waters of Kangaroo Island. Tuna and Kingfish from local gulf waters; lamb, beef and poultry from selected areas of the Adelaide Hills and plains. These and more locally sought produce and products are used to create amazing recipes which you will see created right in front of your eyes with ease. Combine this with wines that Peter will select from our internationally acclaimed vineyards and the afternoon will be one that will remain in your holiday memories forever.
