Chateau Barossa Rose Garden is the inspiration of Mr HT Thumm who, in wanting to leave a worthwhile and lasting legacy to South Australian and the Barossa Valley in particular, has developed one of the world's great rose collections in the Barossa Valley at Lyndoch. At Trevor Jones Fine Wines Cellar Door you can enjoy some of the finest panoramic views of the southern Barossa Valley and Mount Lofty Ranges. The cellar door and visitor centre building is constructed from mud brick and some of the oldest recycled timbers in South Australia.
