Welcome aboard the Liteva. Come and find out how she got her name and learn about the pioneering fishing family of Simms Cove. Walk along pristine coastline as the sun sets on the horizon and imagine life of Curly Joe and Blanche Simms of Simms Cove in the 1800s.
Liteva Beach House accommodates seven people in three beautifully appointed rooms (two queen beds and one set of king single lo-line bunks with a trundle). The newly extended lounge room has a luxurious white leather lounge. This charming beach house has polished floors, slow combustion heater, ceiling fan and two reverse cycle air conditioners, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Dine alfresco under cover on the verandah or inside in the cosy dining area.
Outside offers a relaxing enclosed verandah area. It is an ideal area for cooking your freshly caught fish on the barbeque. There is a large shed to house your boat, a fish cleaning area for the keen fisherman.
Liteva Beach House is 300 metres from the beautiful white swimming and boating beaches of Simms Cove and Moonta Bay. It is a short walk along the beach or road to the Moonta Bay jetty and foreshore cafes and bistro.
We offer self contained accommodation (linen provided but bring your own beach towels) or you can take advantage of our bed and breakfast packages available.
