Moree Plains Gallery: An Architect`s Eye, The John Mainwaring Collection

This exhibition reveals the vision of Queensland architect, John Mainwaring, to integrate contemporary Aboriginal art with architecture. Mainwaring, since 1980, has assembled an important collection of Aboriginal art with works by prominent artists including Gloria Petyarre, Sally Gabori and Elizabeth Nyumi Nungurrayi.
