AGOG Feast of Foreign Films
The AGOG! A Feast of Foreign Films will run again this year with a supper of excellent local food and wine at the historic James Theatre in Dungog - the oldest still operating cinema in Australia. This event is presented by the Dungog Film Society (now in its 20th year) and the Dungog Cinema (still going strong since 1913). The Dungog Show is an agricultural show at its best and there will be full ring displays. Friday will be given over, as usual, to camp drafting. However outside the arena there will be all manner of things to see and do. On Saturday the Demolition Derby drivers will compete. Dungog’s Grand Parade has always been better than most; and this year will be another step forward. The parade is a hugely colourful display and the centrepiece of the show.
