Gresford

The historic Gresford area was opened to settlement in the 1830`s with the
issue of land grants within an area bounded by the Allyn and Paterson Rivers.
Twin towns, East Gresford and Gresford developed.

The location of Dr Lindeman`s historic homestead and property `Cawarra`
where Lindemans Wine production began in 1843.
