Enjoy picking your own fruit at this family owned orchard just 6km south of Young, with cherries, strawberries and apricots available for picking in season. Cold drinks availbale from the roadside stall alongside jams and prepacked fruit. Enjoy a Picnic or BBQ in the shaded picnic areas.

Enjoy the experience of picking your own cherries at Bit O' Heaven Orchard. Open daily throughout the Cherry Season from Mid-November until Christmas, Bit O Heaven is a 70 acre Cherry Orchard with shaded picnic areas, public toilets and cold drinks for sale. Pick you own cherries, sampling as you pick , or buy cherries prepacked. No entry fees, pay per kilo of fruit picked.

This historical site is significant to the early gold rush history of the township of Young.
Situated approximately two kilometres from the town centre, the Gully consists of three hectares of old gold mining remains and is the only dedicated prospecting area in the Young Shire. Remnants from the gold rush include parts of old pug mills, water races and diggings.

Enjoy a great range of multi award winning cool climate wines at Grove Estate, just 4kms from Young.
The Kirkwood, Flanders and Mullany families began planting vines on Grove Estate in 1989. The vineyard now comprises of over 100 acres. As well as the mainstream varieties they also specialise in some of the lesser known Italian varieties.
So come along to the cellar door and enjoy the picturesque views over the vineyard, while you sample some of the best boutique wines available.

Collection of over 2000 dolls housed in restored carriage of Australian museum's travelling train. The collection is the lifetime work of Pat Smyth and includes dolls from all over the world, both antique and modern. Some of the dolls date back to the turn of the century.
Also available to view is Jacks' Slab Hut which is full of Australiana and nostalgia of our pioneering forefathers.

Visit the Verity Fruits Factory to enjoy and purchase products including favourites such as preservative free Prunes and the popular chocolate coated prunes.

Sample the fruit as you pick it yourself straight from the tree. There are no entry fees into the orchard and you pay for the fruit that you take - prices per kilo.
