The Historic Culcairn Hotel is a must see destination in town, as well as a great stop for a meal and a cold drink. Built in 1891, the original building was extended in 1910 with the addition of an accommodation wing of over 70 rooms, stables, a coach house and extensive gardens. Woolpack Inn Museum
The Woolpack Inn Museum, formerly the Criterion Hotel, is a two story historic building with heritage listing. There are 22 rooms of exhibits. Some of these rooms depict the way Holbrook residents lived last century. The museum has a wonderful display evoking the pioneering past of Holbrook. There is also an extensive display of early transport and machinery used in the district.
