Paragon Restaurant
The historic Paragon Restaurant has been home of exclusive hand-made confectionery since 1916, and continues to use only the finest ingredients in its products. Specialities include hand-dipped chocolate centres, French nougat, fudges, marzipan fruits, maple brazils, and many other tempting sweets.
The restaurant with cosy wood panelled booths is an ideal rendezvous for late breakfasts, morning and afternoon teas and lunches. Devonshire teas and crispy waffles are some of the specialities. The cocktail bar is one of the finest examples of Art Deco in Australia and along with the other rooms has been classified by the National Trust as being essential to Australia`s Heritage.
