Bermagui - Bermagui Seaside Fair is a multi award winning tourism event. Since 1987 it has been held on the second weekend in March each year. The event attracts over 10,000 people, many of whom stay for the weekend and longer.

Merimbula - This is a specialist orchid show for Australian Native Orchids featuring Sarcanthinae Orchids although other orchids in flower will be on show. Sarcanthinae are principally Australian native orchids from the rainforests and rocky ravines. Whilst their flowers are small they are very prolific, ranging in colour from crystalline white through pinks to deep reds. Bega - The Sapphire Coast Orchid Club Spring Orchid Show is an annual event on the Sapphire Coast and follows the Winter Orchid Show 15 to 17 August at Merimbula. This show has a strong Cymbidium class but is a showplace for Australian Native orchids. These are well supported by a large variety of other exotic orchids that are in flower at this time of the year.

Merimbula - The Sapphire Coast Orchid Club`s Winter Show is the most spectacular show on the NSW South Coast and will be held at Twyford Hall in Merimbula. Candelo - A poplar market, attracting large number of local people and tourists, with bargains galore, entertainment and food bars in over 350 stalls.
The Market had grown in size so that it now overflows from the Sorts Ground, to the adjacent park, Town Hall and footpaths of the town.
