Cockburn House is located in Jamestown, South Australia. This elegant house has an open, airy feel, with stained glass windows in the dining room and formal lounge, and French doors opening onto the wide verandas. Sleeping up to eight adults, the house has ducted heating and cooling and has four bedrooms and two bathrooms including an en suite bidet. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. The rooms comprise four poster, brass and contemporary beds. Set in an acre of garden, Cockburn House boasts a large presence, with beautiful turned verandas and ornate lattice work. The area is perfect for large functions such as weddings, afternoon musical entertainment and a relaxing meal under the vines or in the rotunda. Jamestown is a perfect place to take that holiday weekend. Centred in the Southern Flinders Ranges only a couple of hours north of Adelaide, it is a great place to base yourself whilst visiting surrounding attractions.

French doors open onto the porch by the rose garden. The third bedroom also has a queen size four-poster bed. The fourth room was originally the maid's room with its own passage and external door. It has a queen size brass bed.
