Stories of 100 Canberra Scientists is a 12 month program featuring lectures, talks, debates, events and video conferences with scientists who call, or have called, Canberra home. Professor Tony Peacock, Chief Executive Officer of the Cooperative Research Centres Association will give an engaging look into Canberra's feral past, focused on the ongoing battle for control of the local rabbit population. Australian Fossil Family Activity

Can you identify which teeth belonged to which prehistoric beast? Can you identify what different animals eat by looking at their bones? Visit the National Dinosaur Museum during Canberra's centenary in 2013 and children (and big kids alike) will be able to complete these fun (and educational) quizzes on this prehistoric past with the answers located throughout the museum. On completion, each child will receive a certificate and a real, 50-million-year-old fossilised shark tooth to take home.
