Whitton Court House and Historical Museum
Whitton - Whitton Courthouse and Gaol, built in 1890 was last used as a Court of Petty Sessions in 1975. Two years later it was handed over to a Public Committee for redevelopment as a museum. The museum was officially opened in 1988 and has since had unique historic memorabilia and restored buildings such as the restored Railway Station and butcher`s shop added to it.
Morning and afternoon teas available for bus tours.
Leeton - Yanco Weir on the Murrumbidgee River is an excellent picnic spot with a fine view of the river. It was reconstructed in 1980 with a fixed wall and separate gated control structure on the Murrumbidgee River. It presents opportunities for swimming, boating, fishing and barbecues.
