The Raglan Gallery and Cultural Centre Inc. operates as an Art and Craft Gallery showcasing some of the best art and craft talent in the local region. Special Exhibitions and events are arranged throughout the year featuring local artists and crafts people. The `Raglan` as it is affectionately known, is a popular venue for artistic and cultural events in the Cooma calendar.

The Raglan Gallery has a sense of history. The gallery is situated in the historic Lord Raglan Inn in Lambie Street, Cooma`s original main street. The Raglan was built in 1854 by James Hain, and was licensed as the Lord Raglan Inn in 1855. It is named after Lord Raglan, who commanded one of the major operations in the Crimean War. It was also the site of Cooma`s first bank. Since that time it has been a private hospital, a family home and an art gallery.

The Raglan has retained its sense of character and charm over time. Recent renovations have provided a new lease of life for the building and its surrounding gardens. The venue is available for hire for meetings, parties, weddings, exhibitions and special events.
